Maitreyee has completed her master’s degree in Political Science and Public administration from Savitribai Phule Pune university and currently pursuing her Phd in Political Science. She has experience of teaching in well-known colleges in pune. Now for last three years she is working as Outreach and Advocacy Coordinator in Manoday. She is fond of reading thus she runs a Book Club of Manoday also. Her keen interest in History and Archaeology always proves beneficent to engage youths in a different way helping them to open the doors for more Exposure.

Pravinkumar has vast experience of 15 years in field of Finance , accounting & Taxation. He serves as our dedicated accountant, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial operations. Specializing in NGO accounting with experience of six years brings a deep understanding of non-profit finance, coupled with a commitment to ethical standards. Being an accountant, his passion for communication makes him popular in youths.

She has completed her post-graduation in clinical psychology also certified in psychometric testing and is trained in various aspects. Conducts training programs in developmental psychology, clinical personality assessment and Career guidance. she has contributed to various projects and working for the last 2 years as a clinical psychologist in Manoday De-Addiction organisation.

Sarika holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and began her professional journey in the corporate sector, working with an MNC for two years. Driven by a strong interest in mental health and human development, she pursued a Post Graduation in Clinical Psychology, along with certifications in Play Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation Management from SNDT University. From May 2025, she has been working as a councilor in the Manoday de-addiction Organisation. Her communication skills and keen interest in play therapy makes her favourite among adolescents of Manoday
